EX : "81LBRAT2-G" to "RL1-5WLBRAT2-G".
型號變更:從 "81LXXXTX-G" 變更成 "RL1-5WLXXXTX-G".
例如:從 "81LBRAT2-G" 變更成 "RL1-5WLBRAT2-G".
3. Cut off day(變更起始日期)：
Effective from July. 01, 2016
